Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison between medical teams, patients, law firms, and funding companies.
Collaborate with medical professionals to manage and oversee personal injury cases.
Respond promptly to law firms and funding companies by providing necessary medical reports, billing details, and updates.
Monitor case progress, ensuring compliance with all medical and legal protocols.
Assist in creating tailored care plans for personal injury patients.
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Use Athena or similar systems to manage and document case activities effectively.

Qualifications
Strong understanding of medical terminology, healthcare systems, and personal injury case processes.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving skills for navigating complex case scenarios.
Experience with Athena or similar healthcare management systems is preferred.
