So who are we? E&L Homes is:
- A property management company which has 2 arms to the business, the normal rentals/Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO's) and Serviced Accommodation/Vacational Rental
The day to day activities of the job will be split between the two sides of the businesses, between the standard rentals of houses and rooms which are managed on Arthur Online (CRM system) and the short term pro (
*For long term rentals (Arthur online)*
- Managing Arthur Online and making sure it is up to date
- Managing the day to day communication with tenants
- Dealing with maintenance issues by liaising with contractors and tenants
- Listing properties that are up for rent on sites such as OpenRent and Spareroom
- Arranging viewings with prospective tenants and dealing with any enquiries
-Scheduling viewings between property manager and prospective tenants via Arthur Online (or any other means as you see fit)
*For Short term rentals (
- Marketing our properties on Online Travel Agent (OTA) websites such as Air BnB /
- Dealing with both leisure and corporate guests, who would like to stay & are staying in our houses and apartments
- Working to expand our business to increase our market space in our current local market, and explore operating in other local areas
- Inbound Calls (Guests, OTA’s, Housekeeping)
- Outbound calls (Callbacks, follow-ups)

- Guest Management
- Scheduling cleaning & maintenance
- Ad-hoc tasks such as producing documents, spreadsheets, presentations, etc.
- Strong team communication (via slack)
- Guest Feedback Management
The right candidate will have a background with:
- Arthur Online Property Management

- Smoobu/Uplisting
- Wheelhouse (pricing system)
- Customer Services Experience
- Confidence in speaking with people from the United Kingdom
- Good written communication (English)
- Good verbal communication (English)
- Willingness to learn new systems
- Experience as a VA is preferrable
The role will consist of 20 hours per week to start with (time to be confirmed) and this may increase to 40 hours in due course. Our office hours are between 09:00-22:00 GMT (Weekend and holiday coverage included)
Experience in the Hospitality industry itself is not essential as full training will be given but knowledge or previous experience working with Air BnB,
