The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in video editing with CapCut (including a full professional license), experience with AI tools such as HeyGen, and a proven track record of managing and posting content across multiple social media platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:
Edit and produce high-quality video content using CapCut, leveraging advanced editing techniques, effects, and sound mastering.
Utilize AI tools like HeyGen to create dynamic, engaging, and innovative video content.
Manage and execute the end-to-end process of creating, scheduling, and posting content on various social media platforms.
Optimize videos and other media for each platform, ensuring maximum reach and engagement.
Develop and maintain a content calendar for social media posts, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, using insights to enhance content strategies and engagement.
Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and implement innovative content ideas.
Stay updated on the latest trends in video editing, AI tools, and social media strategies.
Qualifications:
Expert-level proficiency with CapCut, including advanced editing and effects (full professional license required).
Hands-on experience with AI tools like HeyGen or similar products.
Proven experience managing social media accounts and optimizing content for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
