As a Candidate Success Manager (CSM), you'll play a crucial role in connecting potential job seekers who responded to our Facebook ads with our innovative reverse recruiting services. You'll engage with candidates via inbound calls, guiding them through the program and helping them understand how we can help them achieve their career goals.

**Responsibilities:**

* Handle inbound calls: Engage with potential candidates who have expressed interest in our services.
* Educate and inform: Clearly explain our services and value proposition.
* Qualify candidates: Assess candidate suitability for the program.
* Drive enrollments: Encourage and support candidates to enroll in our program.
* Track conversations: Meticulously record all candidate interactions in GoHighLevel (GHL).
* Report enrollments: Ensure accurate and timely reporting of enrollments in GHL and Slack.
