JOB OVERVIEW

Important Note:

This role is an integral part of our done-for-you funding service, where you will represent clients by completing phone calls, data entry, and application verification on their behalf. With the client’s information in front of you, you will ensure all applications are submitted and approved efficiently, providing a seamless experience for our clients.

Job Title: Business Funding Specialist

Job Type: Full-Time (6-8 hours/day)
Compensation: Starting at $100 per week, with $20 per successful application approved (client success incentive)

Schedule:

Monday:
• Cross-check personal and business information.
• Review credit reports for negatives/discrepancies (coordinate with the repair department as needed).
• Track completed and pending funding for clients.

Tuesday:
• Invoice clients.
• Prepare client profiles with personalized funding sequences.

Wednesday:
• Execute funding plans and sequences.

Thursday:
• Provide feedback to clients, address profile issues, and update sequences as needed.

Friday:
• Follow up with clients for pending invoice payments.
• Request client feedback.

Key Responsibilities:
• Phone Calling and Data Entry on Behalf of Clients:
• Handle calls to Experian, Equifax, TransUnion, and other institutions using client information to verify applications and push approvals through.
• Accurately enter and manage data for credit card and loan applications to maximize client success.
• Part of a Done-For-You Service:
• Act as the client’s representative, ensuring their applications are completed accurately, verified, and approved efficiently as part of our high-touch, done-for-you service.
• Client Availability Coordination:
• Inform clients to be readily available during the time you are working on their profile (2-3 hours).
• Schedule clients for the first, second, third, or fourth time slot of your shift based on their availability.
• Maintain clear communication with clients to address any real-time needs during their scheduled time.
• Client Communication:
• Engage with clients to explain the funding process, address questions, and keep them informed of progress.
• Collaborate with banks, credit unions, and financial institutions to execute funding plans tailored to each client.
• Navigate U.S. and Canadian credit systems for optimal client outcomes.
• Track and document all client information, application progress, and funding results.

Compensation:
• Base Pay: $100 per week.
• Client Success Incentive: $20 for each successfully approved application.
• Earning Potential: Up to $300+ per week based on approvals and performance.

Required Skills and Experience:
• Proven experience in phone dialing and data entry for funding applications.
• Strong understanding of personal and business credit systems in the U.S. and Canada.
• Experience in verifying and submitting funding applications with high accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills to keep clients informed and engaged.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple client profiles per shift (2-4 profiles).
• Ability to address client needs while ensuring their profiles are processed correctly and efficiently.

Expectations:
• Work diligently for 6-8 hours per day during assigned shifts.
• Manage 2-4 client profiles per shift, dedicating 2-3 hours per client.
• Proactively communicate with clients during their scheduled time slot to ensure readiness and success.
• Shift Options:
• Morning: 6 a.m.–2 p.m. CST.
• Evening: 3 p.m.–11 p.m. CST.
