Campaign & List-Building Specialist

We're Avalanche, a fast-growing UK-based outbound marketing agency delivering high-quality lead generation for ambitious B2B brands.

We're searching for an organised, detail-oriented, technically-savvy Campaign & List-Building Specialist who excels at executing outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns and loves working with tools like Clay and Smartlead.

What we're looking for:

You have hands-on experience building and managing campaigns in Clay and Smartlead

You're comfortable setting up, launching, and optimising email and LinkedIn automation campaigns

You can build accurate, targeted prospect lists quickly and independently

You're tech-savvy, proactive, and confident troubleshooting technical issues

You're highly detail-oriented and consistently deliver quality results

You're available to work within UK hours (GMT, Monday to Friday, anytime between 8 am-6 pm)

Your daily/weekly tasks will include:

Setting up and launching email campaigns in Smartlead

Building and launching LinkedIn outreach campaigns in HeyReach

Creating targeted prospect lists in Clay for various clients

Managing inbox setups and technical integrations

Collaborating with the Avalanche team to optimise campaign performance

Reporting clearly and regularly on campaign performance and list quality

Bonus points if you also have:

Experience with additional automation tools (e.g., Instantly, Lemlist, Apollo)

Basic copywriting skills

Familiarity with Zapier or Make (Integromat)

To apply, you must:

Have at least 1–2 years of experience in outbound marketing and list-building

Be fluent in English

Have your own equipment and reliable internet connection

Be available to start immediately

Be willing to complete a test task before the final interview

Provide relevant references or examples of previous work

This is a full-time remote role with:

20 paid leave days per year

Philippine bank holidays off
