Calling Specialist
(Lead Generation Team)

Compensation:
- Base rate: $3-4.5 per hour
- Quarterly profit sharing program
- Flexible remote work

Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated calling specialists to contact US-based vacant land owners. As part of our call team, you'll play a key role in identifying potential land deals. Opportunity for future growth into the lead manager role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to US property owners during Eastern Time business hours
- Use Pebble REI CRM to manage leads and track communications
- Qualify potential sellers and gather property information
- Follow up consistently with promising leads
- Maintain accurate records of all communications
- Pull data on pieces of land using The Land Portal
- Find comps for vacant land properties

Requirements:
- Fluent English (written and verbal)
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
- Ability to work Eastern Time (US) business hours
- Professional phone presence
- Strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous calling, cold calling, or sales experience
- Experience with Pebble REI CRM
- Background in real estate or land acquisition
- Track record of meeting weekly call targets
