Call Confirmation Specialist & Sales Admin for YouTube Shorts Info-Offer

Description:

We’re looking for a dedicated Call Confirmation Specialist who will also perform Sales Admin duties for a 7-figure information company offering a YouTube Shorts info-offer. In this role, you will be responsible for dialing all booked appointments and confirming them within 5 minutes of booking, using our provided call confirmation script.

Additionally, you’ll assist as a Sales Admin, managing communication processes and supporting our sales team.

This position requires you to be fluent in English, able to follow clear and concise directions, and be punctual during your assigned shifts.

Responsibilities:

Call every booked appointment within 5 minutes of booking with the provided script.
Be on the clock 24/7 during your designated shift to ensure prompt responses.
Support the sales team by managing administrative tasks.
Ensure smooth communication between clients and the sales team.
Key Requirements:

Fluent in English with perfect communication skills.
Ability to follow clear, concise directions.
Punctuality and being on time for every shift is a must.
Stable internet connection and quiet working environment.
Must be available for shifts covering 12 hours on, 12 hours off.
Shifts Available:

Eastern Time Zone (EST) shift.
Australian Time Zones (AWST, ACST, AEST) with options for:
Australian Western Standard Time (AWST): UTC+8
Australian Central Standard Time (ACST): UTC+9:30
Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST): UTC+10
Salary: Base pay of $1,000/month.
