JOB OVERVIEW

•  Handle enquiries on various social media channels with good working knowledge
•? ?Liaise with Operations & Marketing teams.
•? ?Reply to all emails sent by prospective patients to the company’s general enquiry email
addresses in a professional, courteous and timely manner.
•? ?Call or text message prospective patients where a phone number has been provided to make
appointments and follow up with an email.
•? ?Handle live chat by replying to messages posted live on website by prospective patients.
•? ?Advise estimated treatment cost and briefly describe procedure.
•? ?Send emails to live chat contactees who were not replied to eg because (out of office hours).
•? ?Follow-up on patient leads from other online sources.
•? ?Follow-up with cancelled appointments to reschedule appointments.
•? ?Follow-up on leads on a daily basis.
•? ?Handle Facebook and Instagram: post comments and reply to messages.
•? ?Handle incoming calls that spill over when a clinic has missed them by greeting and re-directing caller appropriately.
