== THE POSITION ==

As the Call Center VA for our client who focuses on technology-enabled commercial real estate development, you’ll play a key role in the company’s objective to provide excellent customer service in leveraging technology to drive exceptional returns for investors, employees, and partners.

Your primary focus will be taking on customer service calls, sales inquiries, collections, online customer inquiries, and chat support. This is your chance to be a key player in helping our client provide outstanding customer support!

-> Requirements:
• Previous call center experience is essential.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to think on your feet.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, empathy, and a strong desire to help customers.
• Must have flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
• Familiarity with Ring Central, CTM, CRM, Sitelink, Yelp, Crisp, and Swivl or similar tools is a plus.
• Available to work full-time (40 hrs/wk).
• Can work during standard US business hours.
• Fast, stable internet connection (Minimum download speed 5 Mbps)
• Working computer/laptop (Minimum Requirement: Processor - Intel i3 or equivalent, RAM - 4GB).
• Backup power source or work location for power outages.


-> Responsibilities:
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Handling incoming calls for customer service, sales, and collections, ensuring inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Engaging with customers through various channels including phone calls, online inquiries, and chat support to provide assistance and resolve issues.
• Utilizing CRM software to manage customer information, track interactions, and ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions.
• Responding to customers' inquiries and reviews on online platforms such as Yelp, maintaining a positive online presence and addressing any concerns effectively.
• Collaborating with team members to optimize customer service processes and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Using Sitelink and other tools to access customer data and information necessary for providing personalized assistance and support.
• Following up with customers who have left voicemails to address their concerns or provide further assistance as needed.
• Meeting or exceeding performance targets for customer satisfaction, sales conversion, and response time.
