What You’ll Do:

Lead the Charge: Take ownership of our appointment-setting and sales teams. Your mission? Create a powerhouse team that dominates the leaderboard.

Build Winning Systems: Develop processes that turn ordinary call center agents into sales machines. Optimize everything—scripts, workflows, KPIs, you name it.

Inspire Excellence: Your energy sets the tone. Lead by example, coach your team, and make them believe they can hit every target.

Crush Goals: You’ll oversee performance metrics, hold your team accountable, and ensure we don’t just meet goals—we exceed them.

Collaborate with the Big Leagues: Work directly with senior leadership to align strategies, hit company milestones, and scale fast.
Who You Are:

Battle-Tested: You’ve got at least 10 years of call center experience and a proven track record in appointment setting and sales. Plus, you’ve spent 5+ years managing teams that crush their targets.
A+ Communicator: Your written and spoken English skills are off the charts. You know how to persuade, influence, and close deals.
Data-Driven: You live by the numbers. Metrics don’t scare you—they excite you. You know how to use data to improve performance.
Leadership Junkie: You’re obsessed with building and leading teams. You love seeing others win and know how to bring out the best in them.
