Cabinet Drafter

We are seeking a Cabinet Drafter who will be responsible for reviewing technical drawings and creating accurate and efficient production documentation for high-end, commercial casework. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment, with opportunities to apply your technical skills in real-world projects.

WORK SHIFT: 10 hour shift
- 6:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Thursday (Central Timezone)

COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
- Monthly Salary: $1300 USD
- 13th Month Pay
- $500 Yearly Tech Allowance

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review Technical Drawings: Assist in reviewing and refining technical drawings for the production of high-profile, commercial cabinetry and casework.
- Use Optimization Software: Utilize software tools to create cut lists, CNC programs, and assist in the production process.
- Collaborate and Learn: Work both independently and as part of a team. You will have the opportunity to learn advanced CAD and CNC processes while contributing to the success of the team.
- On-the-Job Training: Gain hands-on experience in the casework industry with a comfortable-paced, supportive work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- An associate’s degree in a construction, drafting, or manufacturing-related field is preferred, but not required.
- A minimum of 1 year in a manufacturing or drafting environment is preferred, but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating and editing detailed technical drawings.
- Experience with Microvellum/ARDIS/Inventor software is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Word, Excel, and other Office tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with the team and other stakeholders.
- Overtime may be required based on project needs.
- MUST be comfortable using an HRIS software (BambooHR).
