- AI-Friendly means Comfortable using tools like ChatGPT to learn faster, solve problems, and improve processes.
- Spot issues, suggest solutions, and take action before being asked.
- Gets Stuff Done (Identify problems, solve them, and execute quickly).
+ RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer support questions via Intercom and
- Manage a small but growing
- Learn our product in 1?2 days using internal training docs.
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT to update our knowledge base.
- Set up and maintain support processes (escalations, refunds, cancellations, docs).
- Create in-app tips, training materials,
- Track and report key customer success metrics.
