Overnight Customer Support & Technical Assistant
Hours: Eastern Standard Time (United States) – New York City Time.
Note: This is a full-time overnight position. Having a second job alongside this role is not permitted.
We are a growing startup looking for a dedicated, tech-savvy individual to join our team in a multifaceted role. Your responsibilities will include:
Responding to customer support tickets and inquiries.
Following up with customers who have completed payments.
Monitoring and managing our marketplace activities.
Keeping our sheets and payout records organized.
Conducting market research.
Assisting with lead generation and other tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Strong technical aptitude, with experience in CRMs and a knack for analyzing leads and pulling reports.
Preferred CRM: Experience with
Excellent written English skills.
Spoken English does not need to be perfect but must be sufficient to understand verbal instructions and handle tasks with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive attitude and the ability to take initiative when more complex tasks arise.
