About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled CRM & Website Specialist to join our team! This role requires expertise in website development across multiple platforms (WordPress and Shopify) and proficiency in CRM systems such as GoHighLevel (GHL), kvCore, HubSpot, and Zoho CRM. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing websites, integrating CRM solutions, and optimizing workflows to improve business operations.

Responsibilities
Website Development & Management:
Design, build, and maintain WordPress websites (Elementor, Divi, Thrive Architect).
Develop and manage Shopify e-commerce stores, including customizations, integrations, and product setup.
Ensure mobile responsiveness, site speed optimization, and SEO best practices.
Troubleshoot website issues and perform regular updates and maintenance.
CRM & Automation:
Set up, customize, and manage GoHighLevel (GHL), kvCore, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, and other CRM platforms.
Automate workflows, pipelines, and lead management processes.
Implement integrations between websites, CRMs, and third-party tools (Zapier, API connections).
Manage email marketing automations within CRMs.
Create and maintain sales funnels, landing pages, and customer engagement sequences.
Technical & Support Responsibilities:
Configure domain setups, DNS settings, and website hosting environments.
Monitor and analyze website traffic and CRM data for optimization.
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless lead management and nurturing.
Provide technical support for website and CRM-related issues.
Requirements
? 3+ years of experience in website development (WordPress & Shopify).
? Strong knowledge of GoHighLevel (GHL), kvCore, and other CRM platforms.
? Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (basic coding knowledge preferred).
? Experience with Zapier, API integrations, and automation workflows.
? Solid understanding of SEO principles, website performance optimization, and security best practices.
? Ability to design and implement sales funnels, lead generation pages, and email marketing automations.
? Experience with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Upgrade to see actual info.
? Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot website/CRM issues effectively.
? Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with other e-commerce platforms (WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento, etc.).
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Pixel tracking.
Background in email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or ActiveCampaign.
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).
