Seeking a highly skilled and experienced b2b CRM and Sales Pipeline Specialist to support our creative agency’s sales efforts, reporting to our CEO. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge in setting up and managing CRM systems, specifically HubSpot CRM, and integrating sales intelligence tools like Winmo and potentially LinkedIn. This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing our sales pipeline to support our sales team in driving business growth. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for utilizing Asana to manage team tasks, ensuring the timely creation and deployment of sales and marketing assets.
Must speak/write English well and be able to work at least 4 hours/day during US business hours.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• CRM Management: Configure, manage, and maintain the HubSpot CRM platform to ensure it serves as a robust tool for sales tracking, customer management, and analytics.
• Pipeline Development: Build and refine the sales pipeline process to align with business goals, ensuring efficient lead management, and conversion strategies.
• System Integration: Seamlessly integrate Winmo with HubSpot CRM to leverage sales intelligence and prospecting tools for enhanced lead generation and targeting.
• Project Management: Utilize Asana to create, assign, and track tasks across the sales and marketing teams, ensuring deliverables are met on schedule.
• Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze CRM data to identify trends, forecast sales outcomes, and provide actionable insights for improving sales strategies and customer engagement.
• Reporting: Generate regular reports on pipeline status, sales forecasts, CRM efficacy, and task completion rates to inform management decisions and strategic planning.
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience in CRM and sales pipeline management, with a strong preference for expertise in HubSpot CRM and Winmo. LinkedIn experience is a plus but not required. Demonstrated experience in using project management tools like Asana to manage and streamline team tasks and project workflows. Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret and leverage data to drive decision-making. Excellent communication skills in English. Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
