993 Architecture is looking for a CRM Specialist to help evaluate, set up, and organize a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track business operations. This role will involve assessing
Responsibilities:
Evaluate
Guide us in selecting the right CRM setup based on business needs and goals
Ask the right questions to ensure all necessary data and workflows are considered
Set up workflows
Input all proposals from last year into the system for tracking
Input client information and categorize contacts appropriately
Enter revenue data and generate reports on last year’s performance
Set up dashboard views and reporting tools to track business growth and forecasting for this year
Requirements:
Experience with CRM platforms (
Ability to analyze business needs and recommend the best CRM solution
Strong data entry and organization skills
Experience with report generation and business forecasting
Detail-oriented and proactive in gathering necessary business information
Strong communication skills to ask the right questions and guide setup
Experience with small businesses or architecture firms is a plus

We want a structured, easy-to-use system that helps us track client interactions, revenue, and business performance. Since we don’t currently have a CRM in place, we need someone who can take the lead on this project and ensure we are set up for success moving forward.
