Who You'll Be Working With:

Initially, you will work closely with Kai and the team at Founder Flow, a company specialising in building systems and processes for entrepreneurs who have been contracted to recruit a team member and work with Rural Solar. Founder Flow runs daily huddles to foster a sense of teamwork and collaboration among team members, and Kai has travelled to the Philippines and loves to learn about the beautiful country you are from. As part of this team, you will be onboarded to work on our key project of building a CRM for Rural Solar and immersed in a culture of innovation, problem solving and creativity.

You will eventually transition to working directly with Tyson, the founder of Rural Solar, as his Personal Assistant (PA). In this role, you will assist Tyson in managing the sales process, coordinating with sales representatives and installers, and ensuring smooth operations. The goal is to have you involved in the construction of the CRM so you to gain valuable insights into our operations and sales processes to then assist Tyson.

Job Description:

Rural Solar is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Assistant & CRM Specialist to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to assist Tyson in managing the sales process of his business and staying organised, which includes tasks such as welcome calls to clients, communication between sales reps and installers, and overall coordination of customer interactions. Rural Solar is currently constructing a team to build a new CRM, and you will work closely with this team to assist in the development and ensure you have an overall understanding of the operations and sales process.

Responsibilities:

Assist Tyson in managing the sales process, including customer communication, appointment scheduling, and follow-up.
Coordinate with sales representatives and installers to ensure smooth operations and timely customer service.

Work with a list and do cold calls to prospects and current clients seeking referral's.

Conduct welcome calls to clients and provide ongoing support as needed.

Work closely with the CRM development team to provide insights, feedback, and assistance in the development process.
Gain a comprehensive understanding of the CRM system and its functionalities to provide training and support to the team.

Collaborate with Tyson and other team members to optimize sales strategies and processes.
Perform administrative tasks and maintain accurate records to support business operations.


Qualifications:

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Cultural understanding and adaptability to interact with Australian clients.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Ability to understand reports and numbers would be exceptional.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes is preferred.

Work Hours:

Hours: 20 hours per week
Time: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM Philippines Time (GMT+8) / 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM QLD AEST
Days: Monday to Friday
Salary:

Weekly Salary: 200 AUD (approximately 7,348.55 PHP)
Payment Schedule: Paid fortnightly
