CRM & Automation Systems Specialist

We are seeking a CRM & Automation Systems Specialist who is passionate about building, optimizing, and maintaining technology systems to drive efficiency and results. In this role, you will work with client-facing teams and internal stakeholders to design seamless workflows, maintain essential tools, and ensure data integrity across platforms.

*This is a full-time position and requires working 8am - 4pm Pacific Time Zone with solid wi-fi, power and backup.

Key Responsibilities:

Systems Build-Out and Automation:
- Develop and maintain automation workflows using Zapier, integrating tools such as HubSpot, Close.io, GoHighLevel, and Google Sheets.
- Identify process inefficiencies and build systems to streamline operations and improve team productivity.
- Continuously optimize and update workflows based on evolving needs.

CRM Management:
- Customize and maintain CRM systems (HubSpot, Close.io, GoHighLevel) to support client and internal operations.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry, setup, and organization within CRMs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with CRM tools, working with non-technical stakeholders to implement solutions.

Data Reporting and Analysis:
- Build and update performance tracking dashboards in Google Sheets to support decision-making.
- Design custom metrics and reporting systems tailored to client and team requirements.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure data accuracy and relevance in reporting.

Technology Support and Collaboration:
- Act as the primary technical contact for clients and teams using GoHighLevel and related systems.
- Assist team members with troubleshooting, onboarding, and training in tools and workflows.
- Communicate technical solutions in a clear and accessible way to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
- Experience in designing marketing funnels and integrating them with CRM workflows.
- Familiarity with other tools in the automation and CRM ecosystem is a plus.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in building and maintaining automation workflows using Zapier.
- Strong proficiency in CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Close.io, and GoHighLevel.
- Advanced skills in Google Sheets, with the ability to design custom dashboards and reporting systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset for learning new tools and systems.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively.
