About the Role: We are seeking a skilled CRM Administrator/Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and developing CRM systems, along with the ability to build and maintain internal tools using platforms like Retool. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of business processes to enhance our customer relationship management and internal operations.
**Key Responsibilities:
~CRM Administration:
- Manage and maintain the company's CRM system, ensuring data integrity, security, and availability.
- Customize and configure the CRM system to meet the specific needs of various departments, including sales, marketing, and customer service.
- Develop and implement workflows, automation, and business rules to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively use the CRM system.
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues within the CRM system, providing timely resolutions.
- Generate and analyze CRM reports and dashboards to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
~Internal Tools Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain internal tools using Retool to support various business functions.
- Integrate CRM data with internal tools to enhance data accessibility and usability for different teams.
- Develop custom scripts and applications to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into functional tools.
- Ensure the seamless integration of internal tools with other enterprise systems and databases.
- Provide technical support and regular updates for internal tools, ensuring they remain effective and user-friendly.
**Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CRM Administrator/Developer, with a strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, Freshsales, etc.).
- Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, and other relevant programming languages.
- Experience with Retool or similar low-code/no-code platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support end-users.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Familiarity with API integration and data migration processes.
- Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices.
