The Content/Creative Strategist will play a key role in developing, planning, and optimizing high-performing, conversion-focused content across all digital marketing channels, with a primary focus on video ads. This role demands a deep understanding of Direct Response Marketing strategies, including copywriting and content ideation, paired with a strong grasp of video and graphic-based ad content. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and craft strategies that drive exceptional ad performance and customer engagement.
You’ll collaborate closely with Media Buyers, Creatives, and Leadership to ensure cohesive, impactful, and results-driven marketing campaigns.
Primary Responsibilities
-- Content Strategy & Production Management: Develop and execute high-performing content strategies with a primary focus on VSLs tailored to Direct Response Marketing. Oversee production workflows, collaborate with creatives, and ensure deliverables meet performance and brand goals.
-- Data-Driven Optimization & Research: Regularly analyze performance metrics to refine strategies, while conducting market and competitor research to keep content innovative and aligned with audience trends.
-- Collaboration & Process Improvement: Build efficient workflows and playbooks for content creation, fostering seamless collaboration across Media Buying, Creatives, and Leadership to support business growth.
Qualification & Skills
-- Direct Response Marketing Expertise: Proven ability to craft hooks, CTAs, and conversion-driven narratives, with a strong track record in video-first content strategies for DTC brands.
-- Data-Driven & Analytical: Adept at analyzing performance data to optimize content while maintaining a sharp eye for creative details and brand consistency.
-- Collaborative & Resourceful: Excellent communication skills with experience in cross-functional collaboration, remote teamwork, and leveraging tools like AI for creative production.
-- Bonus: Prior experience as a DTC copywriter
-- Bonus: Familiarity with the HEALTH AND WELLNESS NICHE is highly valued
-- Industry Knowledge: Quickly adaptable to industry trends, with a strong understanding of AI tools. Proactive and resourceful in identifying and implementing new technologies and tools.
