COO / Operations Manager – Social Media & Workflow Optimization

Full-Time | Remote | Competitive Base Salary + Revenue Shares

About the Role
We are looking for a COO / Operations Manager to take our digital marketing agency to the next level. Your mission is to streamline operations, optimize workflows, and lead our team, ensuring efficiency and growth across multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Reddit, X, and more).

This role requires someone with strong analytical skills, experience with automation, and a deep understanding of social media strategies. If you have previous experience in the content creation or influencer marketing industry, that’s a huge plus!

What You’ll Do
- Process Optimization & Automation – Create seamless workflows in Notion, Airtable, and Slack.
- Team Leadership – Manage and oversee the team’s performance and efficiency.
- Social Media Growth – Develop and execute strategies for Instagram, X, Reddit, and other platforms.
- Scaling Our Clients’ Success – Work closely with influencers and creators to maximize their revenue & brand presence.
- Analytics & Reporting – Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and improve results.
- Workflow Automation – Implement automated systems to enhance productivity.

Who We’re Looking For
- C1/C2 level English (fluent written & spoken).
- High-level experience in Notion, Airtable, and Slack.
- Proven leadership & operational management experience.
- Background in social media marketing (Instagram, Reddit, X, etc.).
- Experience in influencer marketing or content creation is a BIG advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset & ability to optimize workflows.
- Experience in automating processes (Zapier, Make, etc.) is a plus.

Compensation
- Competitive Base Salary + Revenue Shares based on performance.
- The better the agency performs, the higher your earnings.
