Thrive Agency is looking for a Content Creator & Video Editor to join our growing creative team on a part-time basis. If you're passionate about creating impactful content across social media platforms, we’d love to hear from you.

???? RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan and create engaging content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality short-form and long-form videos.

Adapt content formats based on platform best practices and target audiences.

Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to align content with campaign goals.

Stay on top of social media trends, viral formats, and editing styles.

? REQUIREMENTS
1–3 years of experience in content creation and video editing.

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.

Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and platform-specific content styles.

Ability to write captions and hooks that drive engagement.

Creative, self-driven, and organized with a sharp eye for detail.

Experience creating content for brands is a plus.
