For a Marketing Agency, we are hiring a CJ Dropshipping & Shopify Virtual Assistant on a fixed monthly salary, full-time basis. This role requires someone experienced and reliable who can manage ecommerce operations with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
• Manage the backend of Shopify stores
• Handle CJ Dropshipping: order processing, tracking, fulfillment updates
• Troubleshoot and communicate with suppliers when issues arise
• Provide non-voice customer support via email/chat
• Upload and list products on Shopify accurately
• Perform administrative tasks (fill documents, update spreadsheets, book appointments)
• Conduct internet research when needed
• Meet virtually with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and managers
• Take on ad hoc tasks when required

Required Skills
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Personal Assistant with a strong Shopify background
• Experience with dropshipping operations, ideally using CJ Dropshipping
• Excellent English communication (written and spoken)
• Comfortable navigating the Shopify backend
• Strong command of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Able to follow plans and complete tasks independently and reliably
