CAD Technician / Drafter

Job Title: CAD Technician / Drafter – Architecture Company

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced CAD professional to join our team and support an architecture company by creating high-quality technical drawings and detailed design plans. In this fully remote role, you will work directly with our architecture client. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient in industry-standard CAD software, and capable of working independently.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and update technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to transform design concepts into precise technical documents.
Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, building codes, and project specifications.
Revise drawings based on feedback from clients or internal teams.
Maintain an organized digital archive of all project drawings and related documentation.
Assist in preparing project proposals and documentation as required.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a CAD technician or drafter within the architecture or construction industry.
Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
Strong understanding of architectural design principles, technical drawing standards, and building codes.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a remote team.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
