Job Title: CAD Draftsman (Point Cloud to DWG/Revit)
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Remote

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled CAD Draftsman with a minimum of five years of experience in
processing Point Cloud data and converting it into DWG (AutoCAD) and Revit models. The ideal
candidate will have a strong background in architectural, structural, or MEP drafting, with
expertise in handling point cloud scans and transforming them into accurate 2D/3D drawings.
Responsibilities:
• Process Point Cloud (LiDAR) data and convert it into detailed AutoCAD (DWG) and Revit
models.
• Ensure precise translation of scan data into 2D floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D
BIM models.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to deliver high-quality
drafting solutions.
• Maintain organized project files and adhere to established CAD standards.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Point Cloud processing and CAD drafting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (experience with Recap, Navisworks, or similar tools
is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of Point Cloud data formats (.rcs, .e57, .las, .pts).
• Experience in Scan-to-BIM workflows.
• Background in architecture, engineering, or construction is highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently with large data files.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in structural, architectural, or MEP modeling.
• Familiarity with Autodesk BIM 360 or other cloud-based collaboration tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize Point Cloud processing for improved performance.
