Job Title: CAD Draftsman/BIM Modeler-Concrete Construction
Job Type: Part-time to Full-time
Location: Remote
Salary: 44,000—60,000 php/month based on experience

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced CAD Draftsman who is proficient in converting construction drawings from PDF Files to DWG Files. The ideal candidate should have a background in architectural and/or structural BIM Modeling converting 2D PDF drawings to accurate 2D/3D drawings for concrete footings and foundations.

Responsibilities:
• Process PDF Construction drawings to DWG Files in a specified format for use by our field team in a total station.
• Process existing DWG Files to a specified format for use by our field team in a total station.
• Ensure accuracy in translating PDF Files to DWG Files.
• Ensure accuracy in the specified DWG file format.
• Ensure accuracy in BIM model elevations, sectionals, and details.
• Work closely with office team and Field team to ensure accurate data and models are provided.
• Maintain organized project files and adhere to established CAD standards.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure the accuracy and completeness of drawings.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM
• Background in architecture, engineering, or construction is an advantage.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with large data files efficiently.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Speak and understand English.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in structural or architectural modeling.
• Good/ Above average English speaking and communication.
