CAD Designer

We are looking for a skilled CAD Designer to join our team full-time. We are developing detailed 3D models of our homes, covering everything from framing to wiring, to create precise shop drawings for our factory workers.

What You'll Do:
- Create and manage detailed 3D CAD models of homes, including framing, electrical, and plumbing.
- Develop shop drawings that guide our factory team in production.
- Maintain organized design files and collaborate with our team to refine models.
- Work independently and manage your own tasks efficiently.
- Utilize spreadsheets for tracking and documenting design details.

What We're Looking For:
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, SolidWorks, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with construction, architecture, or tiny home design is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working Eastern Time (9 AM - 6 PM, Monday - Saturday).
- Communication and availability are a must so you will be in our voice call during your shift.
- Most importantly include "Dragon" in your reply.
- Must use Hubstaff for time tracking.

Compensation & Work Details:
- Full-time remote position.
- Bi-weekly pay on Fridays.
