- Schedule: 30 hours per week (9am-4pm UK time, with 1 hour lunch)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to focus on B2B personalised
This is a long-term freelance role, requiring a commitment of 30 hours per week. All work must be completed within UK business hours. All outreach activity will be managed and tracked using
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify prospective B2B clients and key decision-makers in the property management sector.
- Craft and send highly personalised, one-to-one
- Conduct cold calls to engage with potential clients, build rapport, and set up their account.
- Convert leads into paying customers by explaining the value of Qeeper’s services.
- Follow up strategically on both
- Log all outreach activity in
- Continuously refine outreach strategies (both
- Monitor and report key outreach metrics, including response rates, account setups, and conversions to paying customers.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience in B2B business development, sales, or
- Strong copywriting skills to craft compelling and persuasive
- Previous experience with cold calling, with the ability to confidently and persuasively engage clients over the phone.
- Experience using
- Ability to research and identify decision-makers within UK businesses.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage both in writing and over the phone.
- Confident and persuasive approach to guide prospects through the process of setting up their account and converting them into paying customers.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently for 30 hours per week (UK time zone).
