Job Overview:
We are seeking a Business Sales Representative who is a critical thinker, an exceptional communicator, and skilled at building trust and loyalty with both clients and partners. The ideal candidate will drive business growth by fostering positive relationships and ensuring an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relations:

Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring an exceptional client experience and long-term satisfaction.
Develop a deep understanding of client needs, goals, and challenges, ensuring that feedback is shared with internal teams for continuous improvement.
Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly, maintaining high satisfaction and retention rates.
Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing clients.
Monitor client account performance, collaborating with internal teams to meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).

Affiliate Partnerships:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, acting as the liaison between partners and the company.
Collaborate with affiliate partners on joint initiatives, campaigns, and events to maximize mutual value.
Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance, providing data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

Relationship-Building: Proven ability to establish and nurture trust-based relationships with clients and partners.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to various audiences.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively address client and partner challenges.
