JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Virtual Assistant to help streamline operations, improve efficiency, and support business growth. The ideal candidate is proficient in Trello (or similar project management tools), HoneyBook, Google Suite, and Kajabi, with a strong understanding of video marketing and social media. This individual should be able to jump in and contribute immediately.

Key Responsibilities:
• Project Management: Organize and track projects using Trello (or a similar system).
• Client Communications: Use HoneyBook to manage proposals, send invoices, follow up with clients, and ensure smooth communication.
• Business Operations: Utilize Google Suite for scheduling, document management, and collaboration.
• Product Creation & Management: Assist with Kajabi for course creation, content organization, and platform maintenance.
• Social Media & Video Marketing Support: Help with content scheduling, posting, and basic video-related tasks (preferred but not required).
Requirements:
• Proficiency in Trello (or similar PM tools), HoneyBook, Google Suite, and Kajabi.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in client-facing roles with the ability to follow up and manage relationships.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Background in video marketing and social media (preferred but not required).
