Role Overview:
As a Business Development and B2B Sales Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and secure new large accounts globally, with a strong emphasis on North America and Europe. You will be an essential part of our growth strategy, driving our expansion and establishing lasting relationships with top-tier clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans to identify and acquire new business opportunities with large global accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at potential and existing clients.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs and challenges.
Present our products and services to prospective clients, demonstrating how we can meet their needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations for clients.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and client satisfaction.
Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in business development and B2B sales, preferably in the branded merchandise or promotional products industry.
Strong track record of successfully securing large accounts and driving significant revenue growth.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Familiarity with the North American and European markets is a plus.
