GeoSpatial Solutions LLC specializes in geospatial analytics, AI-driven automation, and business intelligence solutions. We assist organizations in leveraging spatial data and cutting-edge technology to optimize decision-making and improve operational efficiency. As we expand, we are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Business Development Specialist to drive lead generation, develop strategic partnerships, and enhance our digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
-Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and engage potential clients using Clay, Upgrade to see actual info, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other prospecting tools.
-Cold Outreach & Email Campaigns: Develop and execute cold email strategies, LinkedIn outreach campaigns, and automated follow-up sequences to generate new business opportunities.
-Digital Advertising & Paid Media: Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads, LinkedIn Page, and other paid marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
-Sales Funnel Optimization: Manage lead nurturing processes, monitor conversion rates, and implement continuous improvements to enhance efficiency.
-Website & Landing Page Management: Develop and maintain landing pages using WordPress, ensuring optimized content for lead generation and conversion.
-Content Development: Create engaging graphics, videos, and marketing materials to support outreach and sales efforts.
-AI & Automation: Utilize AI tools for outreach, personalization, and workflow automation, enhancing the efficiency of business development operations.
-Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct industry research to identify trends, assess market competition, and refine sales strategies accordingly.

Qualifications & Requirements:
-Proven expertise in business development, digital marketing, and sales strategies.
-Strong proficiency in Clay, Upgrade to see actual info, and other lead generation and sales automation tools.
-Extensive experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and digital advertising strategies.
-Strong knowledge of WordPress, SEO principles, and conversion-driven landing pages.
-High-level creativity with graphic design and video editing tools for marketing purposes.
-Familiarity with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and spatial data applications (preferred but not required).
-Advanced understanding of AI-driven sales automation tools to enhance outreach and engagement.
-Exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
-Self-motivated problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
