Responsibilities:
Prospect and qualify potential clients through cold calling,
Set high-quality appointments with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects and follow-ups using our CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly appointment-setting targets.
Research target industries and companies to identify new opportunities.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in appointment setting, business development, or sales.
Proven success in setting high-quality appointments through cold calling and
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet goals with minimal supervision.
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) preferred.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
