Rate: $6/hr plus $250 - $500 per closed deals, and earn 60,000 PHP +/month plus commissions.
Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST with 30-min unpaid lunch and two
paid 15-min breaks.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a BDR role in a tech company
- Previous experience with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, BANT qualification
- Relentless work ethic; dedicated to leaving no stone unturned in building and qualifying new accounts.
- Excellent communicator with strong storytelling skills.
- Inquisitive and curious; asks questions to gain deeper understanding of customer needs.
- Proven track record of success and leadership in previous roles or educational career.
- Ability to take ownership of new responsibilities confidently.
- Strong collaboration skills with a team-first mentality, able to work cross-functionally.
- Capable of managing multiple conversations simultaneously at various engagement stages.
- Driven to learn and grow in the sales field, with an interest in enterprise sales.
- Experience in recruitment, HR tech, or artificial intelligence tech is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Build, qualify, and nurture new accounts for the sales pipeline.
- Conduct in-depth conversations with prospective customers to understand their needs and communicate these to the sales team.
- Assist the company in staying customer-centric by providing valuable insights.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to build a scalable top-of-funnel process.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, sharing feedback with relevant teams to improve product and services.
- Work cross-functionally with Finance and other departments to identify and implement process improvements.
- Share knowledge and experience with the team to foster collective growth.
- Represent the brand and bring critical information back to the rest of the team.
