Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our software development firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in expanding our customer base and growing our market share.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and increase market share in the software industry.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by conducting market research, identifying potential customers, and analyzing competitor activity.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals, and negotiate contracts with customers.
Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure alignment on customer needs and business goals.
Monitor industry trends and customer needs to identify new product and service opportunities.
Forecast sales targets and track performance against targets, and report progress to senior management.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or any related field.
3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the software industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
