JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to Destination Marketing Organizations (DMOs) to schedule demos with our sales managers. This is a high-volume outbound sales role that requires strong communication skills and the willingness to pick up the phone and make things happen. If you thrive in a results-driven environment, enjoy engaging with potential clients, and are eager to grow in sales, this is the role for you!

What You'll Do
- Conduct high-volume cold calls to potential DMO clients.
- Introduce Ripe’s platform and highlight its benefits.
- Engage decision-makers to schedule demo meetings.
- Research and identify target DMOs for outreach.
- Qualify leads based on interest and potential fit.
- Log calls and interactions accurately in the CRM.
- Collaborate with sales managers for seamless demo handovers.

What You Bring
- Fluent, confident, and professional English communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage US-based clients over the phone.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in outbound sales or cold calling.
- Self-motivated and results-driven attitude.
- Ability to handle objections and drive conversions.
- Experience with CRM tools (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and in a remote team setting.

Job Type
- Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM Mountain Time

Pay & Benefits
- $11-$15 per hour + performance incentives! (based on experience)

Laptop/Desktop:
- Minimum: 8GB RAM (Recommended: 16GB RAM)
- Laptop: 8th Gen Core i5 or better; AMD Ryzen series processors
- Desktop: Ryzen 5 3000 series and above / Core i3 10th Gen or higher
- Mac: Core i5 (2017 or higher) / Core i7 (2016 or higher) (Core i3 not recommended)
Internet Connection: Minimum 30 Mbps
Work Setup: A suitable work-from-home space in the Philippines
