WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Identify Opportunities: Generate leads in the commercial real estate sector and build relationships with property developers, managers, and other stakeholders.
- Develop Partnerships: Present our unique value proposition to clients, negotiating and finalizing multi-year contracts.
- Market Research: Stay updated on fitness and real estate trends to tailor strategies effectively.
- Pipeline Management: Use CRM tools to track leads and ensure a streamlined sales process.
- Collaborate With Leadership: Work closely with the CEO to refine business development strategies.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience: 3+ years in business development or sales, with a proven track record in securing B2B contracts.
- Fluent English: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with fluency comparable to a native American English speaker.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom), email writing, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other productivity tools.
- Results-Driven: A self-starter who thrives in remote work environments and delivers measurable outcomes.
- Availability: Willingness to work 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST to align with NYC business hours.

WHAT WE OFFER
Competitive Pay:
- Base salary: $1,000-$1200/month (commensurate with experience and deals closed).
- Lucrative commission structure: Earn 2-3% of first-year contract values with additional performance bonuses.
- Work Schedule: Full-time, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST to ensure seamless collaboration with the NYC team.
