We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager & Lead Generation Expert to help us expand our client base, drive revenue growth, and develop strategic partnerships.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager & Lead Generation Expert to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and develop strong relationships with potential clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, lead generation, and business expansion strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Develop and implement strategies to identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s market presence.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Identify and approach schools, businesses, and organizations for potential collaboration.
Negotiate and close deals to drive revenue growth.
Lead Generation & Sales:
Develop and execute lead generation campaigns using various digital and offline strategies.
Identify and qualify potential clients through research, cold outreach, networking, and referrals.
Manage and optimize lead conversion funnels to increase sales.
Track and analyze lead generation performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Marketing & Strategy:
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales pitches, proposals, and promotional materials.
Utilize digital marketing, social media, and
Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for business growth.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Proven experience in business development, lead generation, or sales.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Experience with CRM tools and lead management software.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What do we Offer?
- Start at $ 8 and increase by $0.50 every 6 months to $10
-Flexible working hours with a mix of remote and occasional in-person collaboration (if applicable).
- We will guarantee you a minimum 8 -15 hours a week
This position will be for 8-15 hours a week. It will be on Sunday to Thursday from (7:00 am to 9:00 am mountain time or 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm mountain time).
