What we are looking for

We’re searching for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive to partner with the management team. This person is a hard-working individual who will embody our values while maintaining the 5 star service and experience standards of eProNet properties.

The Business Development Executive position will assist in driving business growth through compelling digital experiences. We are a fast growing real estate and vacation rental brokerage to perform a variety of tasks and support our company’s senior-level managers. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members.

What You'll Do
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation and client outreach.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.

Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute engaging social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X).
- Create and curate high-quality content, including text, images, and videos.
- Monitor social media analytics and adjust strategies to optimize performance.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns.

Graphic Design:
- Design visually appealing marketing materials, including social media graphics, website banners, brochures, and presentations.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design assets.
- Utilize design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) to create high-quality visuals.

WordPress Web Design & Management:
- Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites.
- Optimize website performance and user experience.
- Implement SEO best practices.
- Troubleshoot website issues and ensure website security.

Guest Services:
- Handle incoming/outgoing calls, filing, data entry, document preparation, mail processing and greeting clients as well as other clerical duties as assigned
- Assist our tenants, guests, owners and field operations team from various areas of our property management and vacation rental operations
- Assess maintenance needs including problem-solving, troubleshooting, dispatching field operations team, and handling potentially escalated situations.
- Coordinate maintenance with field operations team, hotels and vendors
- Record payments and update ledgers
- Prepare real estate and property management documents
- Screen prospective tenant and guest applications
- Assist with real estate and vacation rental marketing and advertising
- Create, manage and update social media marketing, marketing campaigns and company websites
- Assist with leasing and booking to increase occupancy rates
- Maintain and update office and vacation club supply inventory system
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, agents, clients, tenants, guests and other external partners
- Handle internal and external communication – memos, emails and reports
- Screen and direct phone calls, emails, text messages, live chats and distribute correspondences
- Organize and maintain the office data drives and systems
- Respond to tenant and guest inquiries and service requests
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Help every tenant and guest you work with to create a better life-long memory and trust
- Maintain 5 star service and experience with clients, tenants and guests

What You Bring:
- Proven experience in business development and/or sales.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing and best practices.
- Proficiency in graphic design and design software.
- Experience with WordPress website design and management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- A portfolio that showcases your skillset.

The experiences and skills you'll need
- Passion for customer/guest service and ownership of the customer/guest experience
- Have the ability to make decisions that are in the best interest of eProNet and the tenants and guests, bridging the gap for them understanding while displaying empathy
- Have the ability to learn on the fly and follow along with real-time information
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Tech-savvy - you’re going to be on a computer workstation all shift every shift, you need to be really comfortable with this idea
- Experience in real estate, property management and vacation rental are preferred.
- Work experience as Business Development, Marketing or similar roles
- Excellent Google Workspace and computer knowledge
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with office gadgets and mobile applications (e.g. Google Gmail, Chat, Meet, Drive, Docs, Groups, Tasks and Calendars)
- Experience in WordPress, graphic design, social media management and Hootsuite
- Experience or knowledge in Airbnb, Vrbo, Upgrade to see actual info and Hostfully preferred
- Discretion and confidentiality

Work Schedule (US PST):
Monday - Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm

13th month bonus after first year 6 months probation
