JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a full-time, highly organised, and reliable Business Administrator to manage the daily operations of our fast-growing online retail business in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants a long-term role in a stable and growing company.

With the right experience and mindset, this will be a rewarding position, with potential for salary increases and growth opportunities after a successful 3-month trial period.

Key Responsibilities:
-Answer inbound phone calls relating to orders, queries, and customer support.
-Respond to customer emails and live chat inquiries professionally and promptly.
-Process and fulfil orders accurately via our ecommerce platform.
-Upload new products, including writing unique product descriptions.
-Perform basic image editing for product images.
-Maintain sales records and assist with general back-office tasks.
-Manage social media channels, including content updates.
-Communicate with suppliers via email regarding stock and orders.
-Assist with SEO and content writing for product pages and blog posts.
-Provide daily reports on tasks completed.

What We’re Looking For:
-Attention to Detail – Accuracy in order processing and communication is essential.
-Reliability – Must be punctual, dependable, and consistent.
-Excellent Communication Skills – Both written and verbal (UK English).
-Ecommerce Experience – Preferably with Ecommerce platform management experience.
-Strong Administrative Skills – Ability to follow procedures and keep records.
-Spreadsheets & Excel Knowledge – Comfortable handling data and reports.
-Basic Image Editing – (e.g., cropping, resizing product images).
-Tech-Savvy & Quick Learner – Willing to learn new tools and adapt quickly.

Key Requirements:
-Must have reliable internet access and a quiet workspace for answering calls.
-Ability to work 40 hours per week (tracked via TimeDoctor).
-Must be available to work UK business hours.
