Job Title: Offshore Branding and Marketing Manager
Schedule: Mountain Time
Location: Remote

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Offshore Branding and Marketing Manager who excels in both developing marketing strategies and creating compelling visuals. In this role, you will take ownership of the company’s branding and marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency in messaging while also designing and producing high-quality materials. This is a unique opportunity to combine strategic planning with hands-on design expertise, contributing directly to our growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy & Management
Define and maintain the company’s brand identity, ensuring alignment across all platforms and materials.
Conduct brand audits to evaluate market positioning and recommend improvements.
Lead branding campaigns that enhance the company’s reputation and presence in the market.

- Content Creation & Design
Design and create high-quality marketing materials, including graphics, social media posts, infographics, brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
Oversee the creation of promotional content such as newsletters, press releases, and email campaigns.
Develop and maintain a consistent visual style and tone for all materials.
Collaborate with the team to produce engaging visuals for websites, landing pages, and digital campaigns.

- Marketing Planning & Execution
Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, and traditional).
Create and manage content calendars to ensure consistent, strategic output.
Optimize campaigns using data and analytics to maximize performance and ROI.

- Data Analysis & Reporting
Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, using insights to improve strategies.
Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable recommendations.

- Collaboration & Leadership
Work closely with internal teams such as sales and operations to align branding and marketing goals.
Partner with external vendors or freelancers for specialized projects when needed.
Ensure the effective use of budgets and resources.

Deliverables:
Visually stunning and professionally designed marketing materials aligned with the brand.
Successful multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive engagement and ROI.
Comprehensive performance reports with actionable recommendations.
A consistent and recognizable brand identity across all platforms.

Qualifications:
- Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience
At least 5 years of experience in branding, marketing, or graphic design roles.
Proven experience in creating and managing marketing strategies and hands-on design.
Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality graphic design work (e.g., logos, ads, social media visuals).
- Skills & Abilities
Proficient in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
Deep understanding of branding principles, marketing strategies, and design trends.
Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively.
Highly creative, detail-oriented, and organized.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines.
