Job Summary:
We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent & Partnerships Coordinator to support our growing agency. This role is instrumental in driving new brand and talent opportunities, with a focus on lead generation, outreach, and organization. You’ll work directly with the agency founder to help expand our network of brand partners and creators. This is a part-time role starting at 15-25 hours per week, with potential to transition to full-time within 1–3 months based on performance and workload. Bonus opportunities are available based on deals closed from sourced leads.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation – Brands
- Identify potential brand partners for both our represented talent and the agency.
- Source the correct decision-maker contacts (e.g., Heads of Influencer Marketing or Brand Partnerships).
- Send lists for approval and conduct outreach via
Lead Generation – Talent (Cooking Vertical)
- Identify relevant creators in the cooking space to pitch to brand partners.
- Source contact information and compile lists for review.
- Initiate
Coordination & Tracking
- Maintain accurate tracking of all outreach and responses.
- Report weekly on progress and outcomes.
- Conduct ad hoc research and reporting as requested.
Requirements:
- Experience working in influencer marketing, talent management, or brand partnerships
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong tracking and follow-up habits
- Strong written communication skills
- Self-starter who can manage multiple tasks independently
- Comfortable with outreach and prospecting across digital channels
