We are a fast-growing, multimillion-dollar private label brand on Amazon, dedicated to delivering high-quality niche products and providing an exceptional shopping experience. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Brand Manager / Catalog Manager to enhance our brand presence and optimize our product catalog.

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Amazon Brand Manager / Catalog Manager with at least 3 years of experience managing and growing brands on Amazon. This role requires a combination of brand strategy, catalog optimization, listing management, and customer experience improvement. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Amazon’s ecosystem, including flat files, SEO, and compliance, to drive sales and maintain a competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Management & Growth
Develop and implement brand growth strategies to strengthen market position and improve sales performance.
Oversee and enhance A+ Content, Amazon Storefront, and Brand Registry assets to maintain a consistent and engaging brand identity.

Conduct competitive research and identify market opportunities for product positioning and differentiation.
Manage customer engagement, monitor reviews, and implement strategies to improve ratings and overall brand perception.
Optimize product pages to maximize conversion rates and organic visibility while maintaining compliance with Amazon’s policies.

Plan and execute brand promotions, deals, and content strategies to increase customer engagement and sales.
Catalog & Listing Optimization
Manage, update, and optimize product listings using flat files and Amazon Seller Central tools.

Conduct in-depth keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and search visibility.
Monitor product listings for errors, suppressions, and compliance violations, resolving issues efficiently.
Ensure correct categorization, attributes, and backend optimizations to maximize performance.
Work closely with Amazon Seller Support to troubleshoot and resolve listing-related challenges.

Data Analysis & Performance Improvement
Track and analyze listing performance metrics, including conversion rates, CTR, and organic ranking, to identify opportunities for growth.

Monitor trends, competitor strategies, and market changes to adjust listings and branding accordingly.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
Stay up to date on Amazon’s policies, algorithm updates, and best practices to maintain a competitive advantage.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Amazon Brand Manager, Catalog Manager, or Amazon Account Manager.
Strong expertise in flat file uploads, listing optimization, and troubleshooting listing issues.
Proven success in brand management, SEO, and organic growth strategies on Amazon.
Experience working U.S. day shift hours and a strong understanding of the U.S. market and customer behavior.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and implement improvements.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects efficiently.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
