JOB OVERVIEW

Key Responsibilities:
• Social Media Management: Develop and execute a cohesive social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X. Plan and schedule content using Hootsuite to maintain a consistent online presence.
• Content Creation: Design visually appealing and engaging content using Adobe Creative Suite, including graphics, videos, and animations.
• Influencer Outreach: Identify and connect with influencers on TikTok and Instagram. Offer free products, negotiate affiliate partnerships, and track their campaign performance.
• Media Outreach: Pitch products to relevant media outlets, blogs, and digital publications to secure coverage and endorsements.
• Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to build a loyal and engaged online community.
• Brand Development: Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s identity and messaging, creating a consistent look and feel across platforms.

Skills Required:
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
• Experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for influencer and media outreach.
• Creativity and a keen eye for design and branding.
• Ability to analyze social media trends and adjust strategies to optimize performance.
