JOB OVERVIEW

Hi there,

We’re Jaimy & Camiel, the founders of JXC Commerce — a fast-growing DTC company. We’re looking for a highly skilled graphic designer who not only delivers visually polished ad creatives, but also understands the importance of building and expressing a strong, recognizable brand identity through paid media.
We’re not looking for someone to just “make ads.” We’re looking for someone who gets why visual identity matters in performance marketing, and how to use design to evoke emotion, build trust, and make people take action.
We work with direct-to-consumer (DTC) products and need someone who can create branding-led visuals that stand out specifically on Meta (Facebook & Instagram). While our team handles copy and performance strategy, you’ll take full ownership of the visual execution — and we hold a high standard for design.

This is about branding, not dropshipping.?We’re not in the business of pushing random trending products for quick results. We build real brands with long-term vision, strong identity, and emotional value. That means we care about consistency, story, tone, and the full customer experience. If you’ve worked with brands on that level — that’s a major plus.

Who We’re Looking For:
* Expertise in designing scroll-stopping static ads for Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
* A strong feel for branding, style, and visual consistency
* Excellent skills in layout, color, typography, and hierarchy
* The ability to translate product benefits into compelling visual concepts
* Consistent delivery, attention to detail, and design precision

Mindset Matters:
We’re building a high-performance creative team in-house. That means we also invest in your growth — with mentorship, resources, and access to top-tier education. But this is not handed out automatically.
We cover the cost only for creatives who show:
* A genuine hunger to improve and take feedback seriously
* A proactive attitude and high standards for their own work
* Reliability, accountability, and consistency
* A collaborative mindset — you contribute, not just complete tasks

Tools You Should Be Confident In:
* Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (must-have)
* Figma or Canva (for fast iterations or simplified workflows)
* Not required, but nice to have: motion tools, video editing, UGC experience
