We are looking for a versatile and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Office Assistant to join our team. This role combines bookkeeping expertise with administrative support responsibilities, including marketing-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of QuickBooks Online, excellent communication skills for client interactions, and the ability to assist with various marketing tasks.
Bookkeeping
Manage and maintain financial records for multiple clients using QuickBooks Online.
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
Collaborate with clients to gather required documentation and address financial inquiries.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Marketing Support
Help execute marketing initiatives, such as
Maintain and update company marketing materials, including newsletters and promotional content.
Track and report on marketing efforts to evaluate their effectiveness.
Qualifications
CPA Preferred with Bachelors in Accounting degree
Proven experience in bookkeeping with proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QuickBooks certification is a plus).
Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, including reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor for client-facing interactions.
Experience in administrative roles and familiarity with general office tasks.
Basic understanding of marketing strategies and tools, including
