Job Description:
We are seeking a Controller with expertise in managing Multifamily and Construction accounting. The ideal candidate will have experience handling US-based clients, preparing budgets, and monitoring cash flows. You will oversee financial reporting, ensure accuracy, and maintain compliance with industry standards. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and ResMan is required.

Responsibilities:
-Manage full accounting cycle for Multifamily and Construction clients
-Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and cash flows
-Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
-Monitor and reconcile accounts, including job cost tracking
-Provide strategic financial insights to improve operations
-Collaborate with US-based clients and teams for smooth financial operations

Key Functions:
-Oversee third-party collection management, including coordination with agencies like Hunter Warfield, to ensure timely and accurate recovery of outstanding tenant balances in multifamily properties.
-Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance
-Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
-Manage and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost control and reporting
-Review and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and prevent discrepancies
-Coordinate with auditors for year-end audits and tax filings
-Supervise and mentor accounting team, ensuring efficient workflow and development
-Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management

Requirements:
-CPA License (Philippines)
-Proven experience with Multifamily and Construction accounting
-Strong understanding of budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting
-Proficient in using QuickBooks Online and ResMan
-Experience working with US clients preferred
-Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
