JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented. bookkeeper with experience in QuickBooks Online and preferably Upgrade to see actual info or REI Hub. This individual will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing payments to vendors, and preparing monthly statements for property owners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Weekly Updates: Manage and update the company’s financial records on a weekly basis using QuickBooks Online.
- Vendor Payments: Process and pay vendors weekly, ensuring all invoices are properly documented and paid on time.
- Owner Statements: Prepare and submit monthly owner financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. This will involve pulling records from Airbnb, VRBO, and Upgrade to see actual info.
- Reconciliation: Reconcile all accounts on a regular basis to ensure accuracy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure all income and expenses are tracked appropriately.
- Tax Prep Support: Assist in preparing the necessary documentation for year-end tax preparation.

Requirements:
- Experience with QuickBooks Online: Must be a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
- Familiarity with Upgrade to see actual info and REI HUB: Experience with or willingness to learn this platform (training will be provided if necessary).
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage financial data accurately and efficiently.
- Weekly Availability: Ability to update the books and pay vendors on a weekly basis.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication to collaborate effectively with the team and vendors.
- Experience in Short-Term Rentals: Familiarity with the short-term rental industry is required.
