Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial health by managing daily financial tasks, projecting revenue and expenses, handling billing and accounts receivable, and providing insightful financial reports.

Key Responsibilities
Daily Collections Update
Monitor incoming payments and update collection records daily.
Ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of all payments.

Revenue Projection
Record all scheduled charges at the beginning of each month.
Prepare and maintain monthly revenue projections.

Expense Projection and Analysis
Input previous month's expenses into expense spreadsheets.
Update expense projections and generate reports for management review.

Financial Tracking
Maintain and update various financial tracking spreadsheets.
Ensure all financial data is accurate and up-to-date.

Billing and Accounts Receivable
Handle the billing process, including preparing and sending invoices.
Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.

Daily Reporting
Prepare and deliver daily financial reports to management.
Highlight discrepancies or significant financial activities.

QuickBooks Management
Regularly update QuickBooks transactions.
Reconcile bank statements and categorize expenses accurately per the chart of accounts.

Expense Clarification and Categorization
Communicate with team members to clarify unfamiliar expenses.
Ensure proper categorization for accurate accounting.

Qualifications
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping experience.

Education
Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.

Technical Skills
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Attention to Detail
Exceptional accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.

Organizational Skills
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and consistently meet deadlines.

Communication Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Capability to explain financial information clearly to non-financial team members.

Integrity and Confidentiality
Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
